I Lied (kind of)
In my first post on this blog, I wrote about how I no longer felt so self-indulgent as to pen and publish my every interpersonal thought, opinion, or concern.
While it's still true that I don’t believe the world revolves around me—or that my path is the one best defined—I do find myself, now more than ever, wanting to document my life. To reflect, to solve, and to better understand my most intimate questions through the art of short- to medium-form writing.
Don’t worry—I’ll still be lazily reviewing all the best TV I consume. But alongside that, I’ll also be sharing my learnings, my growth, and the opinion pieces that feel closest to my heart.
This blog is less prettier than my last one, but I promise you it's more poignant and meaningful and of course the name remains because as someone who romanticies her life, what's more suitable than Filmy Baatien?
